    The issue with my purchase (received the wrong specs of product) still hasn’t been resolved. Very poor customer service by your company. I am just amazed that your company is still operating with how disgustingly inefficient you deal with customers.

    You do have good deals but I’d rather pay the full price than deal with you again.

  3. I have been contacting your customer service support for a long time now. I purchased 9 items from you. 6 were initially delivered within 7 days, 1 was delivered after 3 weeks, 1 item was sold out and I was told only after 3 weeks and 1 has no feedback after more than a month of payment. Your customer service responses are scripted and no real time feedback on my pending item for delivery. My cfone number is in your records and is asked everytime you fill in a form. Nonetheless, I have not received a call about my complaint, at all! This is so frustrating!
