Quezon Memorial Circle – With the joint project of TV5 and Office of Quezon City, TV5 will held music events and entertainment. While, the fireworks display will start at 11:40 p.m. and will end at 12:15 a.m. It will be followed by a street party featuring live band, street performances, parades, and other performances courtesy of the MVP Group.
